At SHAÈ Sports, every order is carefully prepared in small batches. Because of the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to make it right.

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we’ll provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
